法国巴黎银行昨天宣布其中国改制计划已顺利完成:现已在上海成立法国巴黎银行（中国）总部，并将北京、天津和广州分行改制为法国巴黎银行（中国）的下属分行。从7月1日起，法国巴黎银行（中国）可对中国客户开展人民币业务。
法国巴黎银行为全球十大银行之一，也是全球四大经营最审慎的银行之一；以税前盈利计算，企业及投资银行部门更跻身全球五大银行之列。从1860年起，法国巴黎银行就涉足中国市场并几乎从无间断。
